  1. The Promoter is ScottishPower Energy Retail Limited ("ScottishPower"), which has its registered office at 320 St Vincent St. Glasgow G2 5AD (“The Promoter”).
  2. The promotion period will start at 00.01 on 15th August 2025 and end at 23.59 on 31 October 2025(the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the promotion period will not be accepted and will be disregarded by the Promoter.
  3. The Prize Draw is only open to entrants resident in mainland Great Britain, who are 18 years of age or over and provide the details specified on clause 4 below ("Qualifying Entrant").
  4. To be entered into the Prize Draw, each Qualifying Entrant must provide their name, address, telephone number and email address and consent to receiving a free, no-obligation quotation about one of ScottishPower’s services (a “Qualifying Quotation”) from the Promoter. Once a Qualifying Quotation has been issued to the Qualifying Entrant, they will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw. For clarity, no purchase is required for a Qualifying Entrant to be entered into the Prize Draw.

A Qualifying Quotation may be issued by one of the following methods:

  • In-person by a ScottishPower representative; or
  • By telephone through the ScottishPower Telesales team.

If the Qualifying Entrant is for any reason unable to accept a quotation at the time, they must provide a one-off consent for ScottishPower to call them at a later date, but in any case within the Promotion Period, to issue a Qualifying Quotation. If the Qualifying Entrant does not receive a Qualifying Quotation within the Promotion Period, they will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

  1. Entrants shall be entitled to opt-out of marketing at any time by emailing us at contactus@scottishpower.co.uk or by writing to us at Customer Services, ScottishPower Energy Retail Ltd, 320 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5AD.
  2. Only one entry is permitted per Qualifying Entrant.
  3. By entering the Prize Draw, you accept these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  4. Each Qualifying Entrant will be entered into a prize draw to win a MG MG4 Trophy Long Range vehicle with delivery mileage only provided by Fleet Alliance (the "Prize"). There will be one (1) winner of the Prize, as selected from the Prize Draw.
  5. The winner of the Prize will be selected at random from a draw of all Qualifying Entrants by an independent person.
  6. The Prize Draw will be held on 1 November 2025.
  7. No purchase is necessary.
  8. The winner of the Prize will be notified via telephone within 10 days of the Prize Draw. To claim their prize the winner must provide a valid postal address to the Promoter at time of contact. The winner has 60 days to return the phone call to claim their prize. The Promoter will make 3 attempts to contact the winner within the 60-day time period. If The Promoter is not able to contact the winner or if the winner does not respond within 60 days of The Promoter first attempting to contact them, another winner will be randomly selected and the same acceptance period shall apply.
  9. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any inaccurate postal address information provided by the winner in accordance with paragraph 12 above, which results in the Prize not being delivered.
  10. If the Prize develops any faults or problems (whether mechanical or otherwise) during the period of one (1) year from the date on which it is presented to the Winner, MG and ScottishPower shall provide the Winner with reasonable assistance in rectifying the fault or problem in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and guidance. The Prize includes any residual entitlement to the manufacturer’s warranty given in relation to the Prize but the Prize excludes all other costs and arrangements relevant to the Prize including installation of the electric vehicle charging point and statutory obligations in relation to road tax and insurance. The Promoter will not be held liable in connection with such costs and arrangements and no reimbursement will be provided by The Promoter in connection therewith. The Promoter further accepts no liability where the winner is unable to pay any such costs or make any such arrangements.
  11. MG will provide the Winner with the vehicle registration document for the Prize and any other documentation held by MG which the Winner will reasonably require to transfer and register ownership of the Prize to him/her.
  12. The Prize will be available for collection from the nearest MG branch to the winner’s registered address.
  13. The Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any Qualifying Entrant or winner or accept any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, liabilities, personal injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by any Qualifying Entrant or winner in connection with the Prize Draw or taking up the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of ScottishPower, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees.
  14. The Prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable. No cash or other alternative to the Prize will be offered.
  15. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of the ScottishPower Group of companies (or members of their immediate families), ScottishPower's marketing agencies or anyone connected with this promotion.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to: (i) refuse individual participation; and where it is required to do so due to circumstances outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control, (ii) cancel the Prize Draw or any part of it or (iii) alter these terms and conditions, at any time.
  17. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  18. You agree that by entering into the Prize Draw, any personal details supplied by you may be used by The Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion including passing the Winner’s details to MG for the purposes of transferring and registering ownership of the car. .
  19. You also agree by entering into the Prize Draw that The Promoter may disclose your personal information to any third party it engages to assist for the purposes of conducting the Prize Draw.
  20. The Promoter will only hold your personal information for the duration of the Promotion Period.
  21. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
